about

Composed and performed on the first Japanese Synthesizer ever released, the mighty Roland SH1000 (circa 1973). I was given this particular synth to repair and once I had it clean and spiffy I just HAD to record it. All parts played live and then multi-tracked. No other synthesizers used.

Of special note, this particular synth was covered in amazing robot and space stickers and designs. Someone truly loved this instrument and it shows. I'll be making a special webpage of high res pics and info on just this synth as bonus material which will be emailed to anyone downloading this track (be sure to include your email).

Bleep on!
