'doo, Samba2, and You

from Caffeine (1995) by Music For Isolation Tanks

/

about

First track taken from the Live album "Caffeine".

The start of the set with Mike Saustio playing a digeredoo from behind the "stage" on the stairs of the Coffee house.

This recording is a live set from when Music For Isolation Tanks started to experiment with analog drum machines, Sync and X0X instruments, and beat oriented mayhem.

I played a series of these shows at a small coffee shop in Philly Pa in the mid 1990s. Originally recorded direct to two track cassette from the stage mixer and a Roland Cube 40 amp with spring reverb.

Remastered at Third Story Sound, Phila PA some time in the 90s.

From the original Liner notes:

Some Equipment Used on this Recording: Juno 106, TR606, CR8000, SH101,MC202,Oberheim Cyclone, Tama TS305, Linndrum.

Effects Send: DOD FX20B Phasor, Proco Turbo Rat, Digitech PDS1002 delay.
